This state-of-the-art 25,000 sf expansion of Angelo Gordon’s global headquarters on Park Avenue positions the highly respected alternative investment firm to thrive well into the future. The space presents a refined industrial aesthetic, achieved with exposed structure, a white open ceiling with striking matrix of black LED light fixtures, blackened steel, and polished concrete floors. Materials also include white oak which ties into the company’s other floors. Staff and visitors entering the space are greeted with a dramatic 25’ long back-lit blackened steel screen wall with original artwork by SYA that features pixelated skyline views of New York City, London, and Hong Kong – locations of Angelo Gordon’s three world headquarters. A café-like pantry, prominently located directly off the reception area, creates a lively new social center for staff while also functioning as an informal workspace.
In line with Angelo Gordon’s desire for a space that inspires collaboration and maximizes flexibility the office layout is open with a variety of individual and collaborative workspaces, including standing tables, booth seating, and work counters interspersed throughout. Latest technologies are integrated, including Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) lighting control, room schedulers, and state-of-the-art AV systems. Additionally, the space is designed to enhance health and wellness, with sit-stand workstations, excellent HVAC, touchless entry, and easily cleanable surfaces and fabrics.
