Aesthetic branding that SYA introduced for the earlier Planned Parenthood Queens Health Center and continued at the Bronx Health Center- consisting of sleek white spaces with bold color accents and integrated graphics - is continued again at this Brooklyn location, reinforcing Planned Parenthood of Greater New York’s brand. Clinical innovations from the earlier facility are also employed to ensure a consistent high-quality patient experience throughout the health system.

The health center’s light-filled waiting area and main patient circulation located along the building façade offer dramatic views of the adjacent Borough Hall. Like the Queens facility, the layout is carefully organized for simplified patient flow and easy orientation, while central work areas for medical professionals foster a collaborative team-based approach to patient care. An open and inviting staff lounge on the administrative floor, connected to the health center with a new fire rated glass enclosed convenience stair, further encourages staff collaboration.
